| Beberapa Langkah Yang Harus DiLakukan Sebelum Mengajukan Complain: - Apabila transaksi pulsa tidak masuk ke pelanggan,agen diwajibkan untuk memeriksa apakah telah mendapatkan kode voucher/VSN (16 angka); apabila belum mendapatkan kode voucher/VSN dimaksud, dapat diperoleh dengan cara menghubungi/SMS ke CS 085218666611 . - Setelah mendapatkan kode voucher/VSN (16 angka) tersebut, agen dapat menghubungi 116 Customer Service Telkomsel, 817 Customer Service ProXL, 147 Customer Service Flexi, 505 Customer Service Mentari, 300 Customer Service IM3. - Setelah melakukan kedua poin tersebut diatas dan ternyata pulsa benar-benar tidak masuk kepelanggan dan saldo agen berkurang, maka Cahaya Indah akan mengembalikannya (Refund).
